My daughter and I had our eye appointment here. We returned, because our experience was so great last year. Today, Nancy did all of our initial tests and she was great! She is so lighthearted and joyful! She laughed readily at funny things we said and is very genuine. Then we saw Dr. Dang. He was very thorough, explained everything, was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and he was not rushed at all. We love this place! Highly recommend : )

I went in to take a look at their options for frames. They were able to accommodate me last minute to have an eye exam done and I was super impressed with the staffs efficiency. My eye exam was done by Dr. Dang who was great! Everything that was being done or checked was way more thorough than I had ever had anywhere else. After the exam, I was able to take some time to look around their optical and Andrea was great and so patient with me at walking me through some options based on my preferences. My frames were also ready within the time frame they stated. I would definitely recommend them and come back for any eye care needs.

And I brought in my own frames for my glasses which were difficult, but instead of telling me I couldn't use them the had them sent to the lab to make it work. I have nothing negative to say, not even any "but"s or "except"s.
