genuinely the best eye doctor experience i've had. super kind staff and the appointment was quick and easy. just make sure to book an appointment first, it helps a lot for you and the people working there.

We had a great experience with Michelle and Drs. today! Michelle was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She took great care of my kids and me, especially my son, and made sure we were all comfortable during our visit. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable optometrist.

Today it was my first time there ,I went because it was the first one I saw , I liked it , but a few comments. It is pricey, doctos make you wait a while, I was there for 40 minutes almost , the lady it's by herself and she needs to step out every time a person comes in and leaves you waiting. I understand. The eye exam was complete , I do think the dr exaggerated a little bit on my headaches , I told her I needed a new prescription and that's why my head was maybe hurting or because my the prescription I had was wrong , but they never listen to you as usual. We know our body better sometimes. The lady assistant that does the eye exams , was good , I just didn't like her tone of voice when I said to her the letters looked both blurry and it seemed that she was frustrated because I didn't tell her a specific answer . She asked if both looked blurry or which one better and I just answered her question that they were both blurry and then she gets mad? We tell give them out answer and then they don't like it , I think sh should watch the way she asks questions then. I hope my glasses are good . Would I go back ? No .

This is my very first visit for an eye exam. And I have to say I had a great experience. The scheduling part was great. They were willing to accept me as a walk in even if their next appointment was within 20 minutes. I still scheduled for another day. Today I got to find out that I'm at an age where I can't pretend I Don't need glasses. lol. They help you understand that there is nothing wrong with that. Very attentive and informative. Nothing better than to see ppl in a good mood. Makes your day better. Definitely recommend! First visit but definitely not my last.. And I highly recommend whether it's your first exam or not. This is definitely the place to get it done!

Going to the 20/20 at the Sam's Club was a great experience, Michelle was very accommodating in helping me get an appointment last minute, she made the whole process go very quickly and smoothly making sure that I got exactly what I needed. With great energy the entire process was fast professional and well done.

Went to get an updated contact prescription after going to another place that kept giving the wrong prescription, I can honestly say I am very happy with 20/20 eye optical services they were able to give an accurate eye contact prescription with some comfortable contacts. Highly recommend them.
