It was not a pleasant experience, the whole process felt rushed, Including the virtual doctor and the office individual talking at the same time, I had to ask for the second portion of the exam to be redone. Office individual was not polite he was impatient and bothered.. the previous doctor that was at this location years ago was excellent and extremely patient. The service I received today was the extreme opposite

This was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had! The young man's name in the office (I believe his name was Chris), explained everything that he was doing, what he was checking for. Very kind and respectful! The Dr. comes on the screen and checks everything, answers questions and you're good to go! I will definitely recommend them to friends n family. Thank you!

Went today as a walk in and Christopher was very friendly and greeted me when I arrived. Didn't have to wait long and he was very thorough and explained everything in such detail. As well when I spoke with the Dr. she explain all of my imaging with detail. Was very satisfied with my visit I was in and out very fast as well.

It's the end of the year and so hard to get an appt. Me and my family need to get our prescriptions before EOY to use our insurance credit. I mixed up my days and had to cancel. I asked if there were openings when I took my son and the rep worked really hard to find me any openings and called literally same day with a few cancellations and got me in. He is very nice and attentive and the appt took maybe 30 minutes. Also very convenient it's connected to a Costco so we can go get our glasses after. Thank you again for all the help!!!
