Very unprofessional experience. This eye doctor from Florida conducted the appointment via Zoom and refused to complete required paperwork despite being provided with legitimate official documents. He was dismissive and uncooperative, and did not fulfill basic responsibilities expected from a medical professional. I would not recommend this service.

I had an amazing experience with the staff! They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very gentle during my eye exam. When it came to getting my lenses the owner did them in just a few days. The prices were reasonable and I really appreciated the quality. He adjusted my frames so that they fit comfortably. Overall extremely friendly staff and a very great experience. Getting my glasses with them was pleasant and did not feel like an inconvenience one bit!
