I've been seeing Dr. Alvarez since 2019 and I have no plans to go anywhere else. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I have had no waiting time in the front office. When I get there, I am greeted and taken in the back for all the prep measurements and evaluations. Once in a room, Dr. Alvarez is with me almost immediately. She listens to me and has great advice. My contacts are always perfect and I've never had to go back for any adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez.

The optometrist herself is absolutely wonderful--very kind, patient, and thorough during the exam. I truly felt cared for by the doctor, and that part of the experience was great. Unfortunately, the office management has been disappointing. I've had ongoing trouble getting my contact lens prescription emailed, despite multiple follow-ups. The lack of organization and communication from the staff has made what should be a simple process unnecessarily frustrating. I really hope the office improves its management because the doctor deserves a smoother, more professional front office experience.
