I had a great experience at my eye appointment today! The tech, Christy, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step of the exam, made me feel completely comfortable, and was so friendly throughout the visit. She has a great personality and is also very funny, It's rare to find someone who's both efficient and genuinely caring. Thank you, Christy, for making my visit such a positive one!

I've been a loyal America's Best Eyeglasses customer for years and have always had great experiences at other locations in different states. However, since moving to El Paso, I decided to try this store and was very disappointed. After scheduling an appointment, I still had to wait over an hour to be seen. I suggest that the staff at this clinic work on improving their customer service and time management. I really hope they can bring the level of service here up to the standard of other branches.

Went to the location on 6101 Gateway Blvd West in El Paso Tx, first time coming and me and my wife were very impressed on the hospitality and service we had. The gentleman Robert was very knowledgeable and friendly giving us some examples on the eye exam we were taking. He also suggested the variety of frames they sold. Great experience and definitely will be our new location for glasses and contacts, thank you Robert.

Worst customer service and support. I asked for one thing and has an entirely different item and package on delivery. I had to keep checking back to see if my glasses were in, they were in two days earlier. Never been so disappointed with their service. They wouldn't listen to my issues only kept saying if was returning the full order. I only wanted to return one pair. I wasn't looking for a discount I just didn't want two pairs of the same glasses especially with the ad ons

First time here, I was expecting a virtual eye exam like at Stanton Optical but that is not the case. You get taken in to do a retinal imaging and some other machine test. Get sent to the waiting room and then get called by the optometrist to finish the exam. 10/10 I was in and out under an hour. Staff was friendly and the doc answered all my questions with no hesitation. I'll be back next year.

They failed to tell the Dr I was there for a contact exam so I wound up having to go back the next day to see an in person Dr. who was very helpful because the virtual Dr refused to give me a script after the fact. The people up front were no help whatsoever. When I went back the next day they kept saying how typically there would be another charge...uhm no. I'm not the one who messed up. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm still waiting for my trial pair of contacts but I will never go back here again after this. I had no choice after the first mistake visit because they had already billed my insurance so I couldn't go anywhere else.

Only downside was that I went to get my daughter's glasses, I asked about mine since we both got them at the same time and mine are only for driving at night. They told me that until the 6th. I get home about a 25 minute ride and get a text message saying they are ready!.

So the people there are really helpful when you are first purchasing your glasses, of course because you just spent like $900 dollars on three pair of glasses. But I had to go in twice to get my glasses fitted properly because each time they were too loose and sliding off my face and my daughter had the same issue with her glasses as well. But they were extremely rude! And acted like we were a burden for just coming in and asking them to do their job I definitely won't do business with them any longer and I would not recommend them to anyone either. Just extremely rude staff and and act like it's a burden for them to just do there job
