My experience was above and beyond anything I anticipated. The surge went great, I felt no pain. Recovery has even been better, still no pain and noticeable vision improvement. I've scheduled my other eye for surgery in two weeks. Highly recommend Buena Vista Laser Center, Dr. Ramirez and all the staff.

Moved to El Paso about 5 months ago and I was having issues with my left eye, I looked for an eye care place to check my eyes thinking I needed a new set of glasses. Turns out I had cataracts and needed laser surgery to correct. I am so happy that I found Buena Vista Eye Care, Dr Ramirez and his staff, they are great and solved my eye issues. It has been on a few days since surgery and I no longer need glasses and can read clearly as well as see at night which I have not been able to do in a few years. Highly recommend Dr. Ramirez and Buena Vista Eye Care.

Everybody that I came into contact with were professional and friendly. Dr. Ramirez is very knowledgeable in the cataract field. He did an amazing job, with me being able to see the next day. I didn't experience any discomfort or pain after the surgery. I am looking forward to having my second eye done next week.

Long review, worth reading! I have been taking my son to Dr. Monica Ramirez for years, she is truly the greatest. She is always so personable & engaging. She has had some great conversations with my son, & built a great rapport. I picked up his contacts today, on the box was a note to my son from the doctor with information about a strength & conditioning coach they had talked about. I was touched that she remembered their conversation & took the time to follow-up. Took my mom to Buena Vista (1st time she has ever been to an eye doctor). She saw Dr. Ruben Ramirez. He was great at explaining things to her & was thorough. It was endearing to watch him interact with my 81 yr old mom. He was attentive, patient, & reassuring. He removed the cataract from her left eye. She now has 20/20 vision & ready to do her right eye. She tells everyone she encounters how wonderful Dr. Ruben Ramirez is & how much she likes him! I went today & finally had my eyes checked. I saw Dr Guillot. He has great energy, is very knowledgeable, & also very personable. He saw my mom for her post op. He was very attentive to her as well & she adored him. She telling everyone she encounter about him too! The Buena Vista staff is amazing. They are ALL so friendly, accommodating, & provide awesome customer service! There is an overall great vibe at Buena Vista. It is a happy place!

I had a very positive experience at Buena Vista Laser Center. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. The office itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, being centrally located and easily accessible. I would highly recommend Buena vista to anyone in need of eye care. As a Military Veteran patient, this locations has been the best choice in the Southeast region. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Dr. M. Ramirez, front desk staff and her entire team of technicians. The office is not only beautifully designed but also equipped with the most advanced technology. I felt so well-cared for, and I truly appreciate the modern approach to patient care.
