My previous eye doctor gave me a prescription that made me feel like i was going blind and brushed me off when i had concerns, i came to be seen by dr demarco and he nailed my prescription the first time, i understand however that each year our vision changes a bit so we made a few adjustments and now my contacts are where it needs to be. He was always very professional and worked with me to get to a solution that was comfortable for my eyes. My eyes are now no longer overworking, strained and the muscles are now relaxed and I no longer feel like Im going blind which is huge for me and has put me at great ease so I'll always highly recommend Dr Demarco for his help!

The doctor on staff at this clinic is completely unprofessional and does not care about the patients! Also he relies on the machines to do his job for him. The doctor on staff only cares about making a paycheck. They're completely overbooked for the staff they have on hand. They just wanna Get patient in and out as quickly as Possible. If I could give this clinic, zero stars I would! I highly recommend you do not go here!

I came to see Dr. DeMarco because I had been having some issues with my reading glasses. It had been years since I had my eyes examined. I made my appointment in advance. When I arrived I was greeted and the office staff were friendly. I believe there were 3 other patients ahead of me. The wait time was not bad at all as everyone knows that when you make appointments to see a doctor, you might have to wait as good doctors take their time with patients and want to make sure that they give them the best possible care and answer their questions. I was called in and Dr. DeMarco was very kind and made me feel at ease. I appreciated that he took his time to explain that I had "floaters" and also dry eye and that my prescription had indeed changed. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. He walked me out. I would highly recommend Dr. DeMarco, he is very professional, friendly and really takes his time to listen and explain without you feeling rushed. I don't have a problem waiting for doctors because I know that the people ahead of me are also getting the care and attention they deserve.

The initial exam seemed fine. Although the contacts they gave me never worked. I could never see out of them. I think they were a wrong prescription. My glasses broke And just FYI, they only write eyeglass prescriptions for one year. They want you to come in every single year for an eye exam. I think I paid somewhere around $300 for an exam the first time. Your eyeglasses break and less than a year and if you wait till it's been been more than a year, you'll have to go do the whole process over again! Not doing it!

Update: I went today in February. Same problem as last time. Hours of operation say they close at FIVE PM today. I arrived before 4 PM. THEY WERE CLOSED. I've been TRYING TO GET A SCRIPT FROM THEM SINCE DECEMBER. I am angry Hours of operation are sporadic. For example, I was told they open on Tuesday at 2pm when their hours of operation say they open earlier. I tried to get a copy of my prescription today and the doctor had left before their closing time. It needs to be signed by the doctor wasted my time

I went to a General Physicians office and to the ER due to the feeling of a needle on my right eye but unfortunately, even after those two trips my eye kept getting worse. I would say it was one of the most painful experience of my life! I called in to Dr. DeMarcos office on a Saturday hoping he would give me an appointment that same day and fortunately he did. I'm pretty sure they were about to close, but he stated he would wait for me. When I walked in, he immediately did a thorough exam of my eye and knew exactly what the problem was. He explained to me in detail and answered all my questions making me feel comfortable and cared for. He prescribed me eye drops which within about a day helped the pain and discomfort go away. I'm so thankful I went in when I did. I highly recommend!

It was time for a new glasses prescription, and I'd been thinking about trying contact lenses - for the first time in 20 years! I was shopping in Walmart on Mesa; saw Dr. DeMarco's office door only a few feet away... and walked in. In less than an hour, I'd discussed my eye history with Dr. DeMarco, had an eye exam, and walked out the door with contact lenses in my eyes - AWESOME! Dr. DeMarco and his staff are very professional, I received great care and information from Dr. DeMarco, and I'll go back again without any hesitation.

I loved my experience here. The receptionist is very welcoming and Dr. DeMarco is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and kind and made sure I had the best care possible. I had been having eye problems for months and he was able to pinpoint my problem And literally save my eyesight! I would highly recommend choosing Dr. DeMarco as your eye doctor!
