Dr. Alvarez staff is wonderful. They are kind and very helpful. Dr. Alvarez is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and I never doubted that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dr Alvarez and her staff.

Dr. Alvarez is a very caring physician. I have been in treatment for the past 7 months and she along with her staff have treated me with the greatest respect and empathy!

I had my Wife's regular Opthamologist send a referal to this office. They tried to Fax it 3 times and it didn't go through. So I took the referal down there personally and waited for a response. A week went by so I called the office about 1:15 since they do not even answer calls from 12 to 1Pm. NO answer. So I went down there personally to try and make an appointment and the lady at the window didn't know why they had not called me but may had to do with confirming my wife's Medicare and her secondary insurance. I cannot say if Dr Alvarez is a good doctor or not but obviously they run on greed over compassion. I walked out and now I have to go with another group that I don't particularly care for. El Paso really stinks when it comes to healthcare.

Very professional office personnel from Check in, Dr visit etc. The Testing personnel and actual Dr that was in house and very informative and courteous to ALL questions presented. I and my wife who accompanied me states the same. We would "Highly recommend" this Eye Dr and Staff to ALL.

Dr Alvarez has a great bedside manner. She informs her patients what is going on with their eye, what to do to prevent recurrence, and how she will be treating it. She gives patients time to ask questions and makes sure they understand. Her staff members are well trained, professional, and compassionate.

Very attentive to me & my current health issue. Clinic staff is courteous and has patience. Dr. Erica Alvarez Gonzalez listens intently to your concerns ensuring that you receive the best medical care at her clinic. If needed, she will make sure that you get timely referrals if an eye health issue is a systemic one. I've observed in my appts there, every patient waiting to be seen is treated kindly. Dr. Gonzalez treats all patients with her professional medical expertise & high caring for their well-being. Have been going to this clinic since Sept 2024. Every visit is consistent with quality care & active listening to any of my health issues concerns. I noticed even when new staff is added to the clinic, everyone works together to provide the best patient care. New personnel are trained well.

This was first appointment and I was a bit anxious. Josue, the receptionist, could not have been more helpful. He was pleasant, very helpful and demonstrated patience, mot only with me but with all the patients. He was very courteous with everyone. As I moved along in the process, I observed this same respect and caring by all the staff. Blessings on the whole team...
