Drishti Kidz & Family Eye Care I Sapna Tibrewal MD

We have been going to Drishti Kidz for the past few years. Normally we go to the East side location where parking is hard to find (very limited), the office is incredibly busy and packed, and the wait times are super long! Expect to be there for a few hours especially if your child is getting eyes dilated. What continues is to bring our kids here from Rudioso is Dr McIntosh! We absolutely love her and trust her with the care of her children. She's always kind, patient and willing to answer questions we have. Also, I wanted to mention Monica at the front desk, she's been so incredibly helpful with figuring out the accounting mess that has been created. We pay at each appointment and still somehow they kept sending bills in the mail. She helped me look into my account when going in person for an appointment. She's the only person that has been so helpful and that too with a smile on her face.

We've been with Dr. Tibreweral's clinic for a year and we are so happy with all the providers here. The clinic itself is very nice with everything updated and comfortable waiting area- at both east and west locations. It's connected to the eye glass shop making it very easy to find a pair from their large selection that your child will like. Since our issue did not involve surgery we were able to start following with the optometrist Dr. Pina who is also incredibly good with our child, explains things to both our child and us, so our kid doesn't feel ignored, and makes the eye exam very easy. She even helped herself with getting the eye drops in as our child really dreads the eyedrops. Today we had Jacquie at the front desk, Lisa as a tech, and Paulina as scribe, and they were all very welcoming, responsive to our needs, and efficient. It is a well-run office and it is so important to have great auxiliary staff, not just good doctors, since the support staff really impact how your whole visit goes. After a year with them, and being at other peds ophtho in EP in the past, I can highly recommend them as the best in town. Thank you for giving such great care to my child!

My kids and had a great experience with the visit we had on Friday, 1/23/26. The entire staff was great right from the beginning as we entered! Monica, Karol, Alex and Dr. McIntosh, all who attended my kids where amazing with them. I have seen a lot of negative reviews on experiences, which I did not see whatsoever. It was a long process to get seen, but totally understandable!! My advise, plan ahead people! As I gave my time off exactly for that day. Dr. McIntosh you and your staff were and are amazing!! My hats off to you all!!! Thank you for all you do!!

I absolutely highly recommend these wonderful people that work here! My daughter's doctors Dr. Pina and Dr. Tibrewal were absolutely amazing with her and made her feel completely comfortable the technician Laisha was so sweet and kind the scribe Paulina was sweet and kinda as well. The front desk girls were helpful and nice especially jacquie. Thank you for make my daughter happy and comfortable but also make me feel happy and comfortable you ladies are amazing!

The experience meeting Dr. McIntosh and her assistant was great. She was thorough and patient with my daughter. The front desk staff not overly friendly but professional and caring. The only negative was that I has was that I arrive 20 minutes early for my 10am appointment but still waited 3 hours to see the doctor. That was quite challenging with my toddler and no snacks. I will be returning because she was amazing with my daughter, but prepare for a looooong wait. It was would nice it they'll text us that the doctor is ready so we can take the kids outside to get their energies out.

Made an appointment with them, arrived early and then they tell me my kids need a referral before they can be seen. I made this appointment a week or two in advance and was never told Medicaid insurance required a referral. The text I received only mentioned HMO insurances required a referral. My kids have needed and worn glasses for 5 years now why would they need another Dr to refer them to this Dr to get an eye exam makes no sense. I have never had this problem at any other optometrist office and with the same insurance.

Very professional and kind staff in the office and with Doctor Tibrewal's assistants. Dr. Tibrewal is very thorough and explains procedures and care leaving all questions answered with no doubt left behind. She has a very caring demeanor and I highly recommend. I rate five stars to Drishti Eye Care.

Our MA Lisa is awesome! Dr. T is amazing, our visit was efficient and quick, she answered all my questions and made my kids comfortable and they enjoyed being at the eye dr! I thought it was going to be a problem but to my surprise, it wasn't they were super patient with us and really took care of my kids! Thank you, you guys are amazing!!!!!
