Dr.Victor Ramirez

Front desk ladies are so nice as well as Dr. Ramirez; he answers all the questions I have about my son and takes time to explain why and when he should wear his glasses. The only bad thing is the lady where you pick the glasses has an attitude, and also, even with appointments, wait times tend to be at least 15 to 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment.

Horrible customer service. Very rude staff and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Doctor just makes excuses for the staffs poor behavior and does not address issues. Take your money elsewhere.

I took my father for eye exam with Dr. Ramirez. He's very knowledgeable and made my father feel very comfortable. I was worried that my father would struggle with his eye exam since he has some hearing loss. We didn't have no issues. Thank you

My family and I have been coming here for many years. Place can get packed going into the afternoon but other than that it's kept relatively clean and organized. Staff are nice as well as the Dr. And really try to push to get things done quickly (within reason). They offer internet (which is nice even for a optics center) as well as a play area to help keep Children busy. Pricing is good (at the time of me writing this) at about 70 dollars WITHOUT insurance is not too bad for a prescription. Overall love this place just wish they had a "better" assortment of frames to go with my new lenses.

I have been going since I was 4 years old. I always thought he was such a great doctor till I asked for contacts. I couldn't see out the contacts and he charged like $300 for them. All for him to tell me "they are fine some people prefer glasses over contacts." I've had contacts before and never had this issue. He was very rude about it too. Had his secretary schedule me 15 mins before closing time and they were turning lights off before I was even seen. He got upset because I went to ask if he was going yo see me or not.

I had a really bad experience with the staff, they asked me for my insurance information 2 weeks before the appointment then waited untill I had already been in the waiting room for 45 min to inform me they don't take my insurance! They could have told me that when I made the appointment, they waisted my time and said it was my fault for not checking! The doctor is amazing but his staff is rude and incompetent

my son's appointment was at 315 but I got there at 230. It was his 1st time there, so I thought get there early to fill out the paper work. Well when I signed him in, I was informed that it would take 1hr and 30 min. from the time of my appt. I waited about 20 to 30 min. my son was called for a quick test by one of the assistants. I was surprised because I was told it would be a while. I want to say another half hour after that and we were called in. We left before 4 p.m. the doctor was patient and took his time with my 5 year old son. They also have a section for you to pick your frames. The optician who handles this area is great! Very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience!

Front staff are very rude..they call to remind you of your appointment for set date..you get there and it turns out its for the following day. Disorganized on who..what..when. Dr. is very nice man but he really needs to work on his front desk staff
