The Envision Eye staff were excellent and super efficient. They were very involved in helping my son and me find just the right glasses! From the check-in with Jacob and the exams with Ruby, followed by the optician tasks with Eric, the process was seamless. We have been coming here for years and are always treated with top-notch customer/patient service. Mark and Norma have been at the location a long time- it is like a reunion each visit. I highly recommend coming here for comprehensive service- even the doctor who performed the virtual exam was friendly and professional- I always learn something new about eye health during the visits. A great day to start the new week. I had a new experience by having my first virtual eye exam w Envision Eye Care West (El Paso) The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. They took the time of explaining each step of my exam & how the Dr does the exam virtually. While choosing my eyeglasses.. Go anywhere else other than this dump! I don't know what was the worst part of my experience with this office. My antique ring magically disappeared during my appointment from the sink area, my glasses took over a month to arrive with 3 weeks and 3 calls I was finally informed my glasses are on back order, then before my glasses arrived to the office an employee tried extorting an extra $390 after I already paid in full for everything. There is an obvious lack of communication and knowledge of client care. Children playing doctor have a better understanding on how to run a practice than the adults that play office at this location.

The staff was great, they were attentive and kind. Eric took the time to help me choose the right glasses. He was very good at helping me choose the right frame for my facial features..I loved my visit.

Excellent experience! This is the 3rd year I've returned for my annual exam. I was able to book online for a virtual exam. The process was very simple and smooth and I had an appointment the next day. I returned the following day to pick out frames. I was assisted by Eric, Jacob and Irma, and they were knowledgeable, patient and fun! Everyone in the office (receptionists, techs, staff) is friendly and helpful. I highly encourage everyone to check out Envision!

First time coming here and service was amazing! Wait time was minimal and staff was friendly and attentive. I did the virtual exam, which was a first for me and thought it was quick and easy. Strongly recommend this place!
