Five stars for the team at Envision Optics - East! I always have an excellent experience here. Dr. Marie Fermil is absolutely awesome and provides top-tier care. A special shout-out to Sarahi as well, who is consistently professional and super helpful every time I visit. It's rare to find such a reliable and friendly team for eye care--highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this office enough, especially if you've been struggling with unresolved eye issues. I have been having persistent problems with my vision and have visited several other optometrists over the years, but I never got any real answers or solutions. Today, I came in for an exam and to purchase glasses, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The exam process was smooth and efficient. The most important part of my visit was meeting with Dr. Marie Lulette Fermil. She was thorough, attentive, and took my concerns seriously. She identified a condition that has likely been the cause of my problems all along. I am so incredibly relieved to finally have a diagnosis and a plan for treatment. It's a wonderful feeling to know I was in capable hands and was genuinely taken care of. I will definitely be a lifelong patient here

I gave 1 star because I didn't have the option to give a review with no stars. My husband and I were clients for over 10 years and will not be returning due to the decline in customer service. When your staff treat your clients badly you loose business....plain and simple!

Incredibly slow service- if you have an appointment time, it is irrelevant. Be prepared to wait a few hours.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter during her break from school. They called me on Saturday and Monday to see if I was coming left me messages asking me to call back to confirm. I called multiple times to only getting the answer machine saying they are closed. Could not leave a message so I sent a message via website. The next morning Tuesday I called to tell them this and they already canceled and gave away my daughter's appointment. The day I called to make this appointment was the day I confirmed my appointment. This idea of canceling appointments because you couldn't verify is not professional. People are busy and the fact that I even responded and kept calling you back numerous times so this would not happen your office failed and caused me important time. People have lives and super busy and that is the purpose of appointments, to cancel a persons appointment with out confirming with them is the worst and I hope you consider this and stop doing this. For mothers who have disabilities and disabled children often have a lot of appointments and have a lot going on you need to consider how hard it is to schedule things last minute so of course those of us who know this schedule ahead of time so we can manage our time better. I don't support places that consider this okay. I have proof of call backs proof the messages you left me with times for me to call and your phone was put on a machine with no way to leave a message. Unacceptable and unprofessional and honestly tells me you don't care for your clients.
