From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Hibbs and Brenda were so gentle and sweet with my pup, immediately putting her at ease. She's usually very nervous and doesn't relax easily around strangers, so it meant a lot to see how comfortable she became with them.
They both took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain her condition, treatment plan, and medications. I truly appreciated how attentive and compassionate they were throughout the entire visit. I feel completely confident that my pup is in excellent hands under their care. They came highly recommended by my sister, and after our experience, I can absolutely see why!
