They charge an extra 39 dollars for retinal imaging and its now "required." It used to be optional. Not to mention that they claim that its required because the doctor isn't present, even though other places in El Paso who have telehealth appointments don't force you to pay. They also place the blame on insurances, you can tell they just care about getting as much out of pocket money out of you as possible.
Don't recommend at all, they are not flexile, you can also see other bad reviews about similar problems.

This was such a pleasant place to go to for my first visit to an optometrist since 2021. Everyone was really nice, answered all my questions, and got me help with frames next door. Devin was the one who helped me out today and it was very fun talking to him while we went through the usual eye exam procedures. Highly recommend this place!

Booked appointment days in advance, actually excited because I've been needing a new a pair of glasses. Anyway, they tell me "we got good and bad news" .. umm, okay. Turns out I'm fully covered but their system was down and I'd have to pay all out of pocket. I was informed I'd get reimbursed, but I read their reviews before visiting and remembered a prior reviewer had billing issues with them... yeah, no thanks, total waste of time and energy coming here!!
