I dont recommend, for the first time my dad felt the Dr whos a lady didn't treat him good at all ,plus he asked to have the glasses before and appt and they never let him know when its ready but they did charged him his copay plus his glasses arrived super late so what a waist of money,he decided he didnt want to come back to this office bad experience

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am from Houston here on a family medical emergency and tore my contact lens. I needed a pair just to get me thru the rest of my stay here. I called several other offices in El Paso, no one wanted to help and wanted to only sell me a box. El Paso Optical were quick to help and even said "we should have them in stock come on in and we will take care of you". They are the best!! Thank you El Paso Optical you guys rock!!

VERY DISAPOINTED!! Took my son to pick up his glasses. The tech had him try the glasses on for any adjustments. Requested a note for school but because he didn't have an appointment they were not allowed to generate a back to school note. I WASN'T GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN WITH!! I simply received a text message that my son's glasses were ready. I guess there were no services rendered, huh??? REDICULOUS!!! After seeing doctor Baptiste for years now. YOU JUST LOST 2 PATIENTS!!

I should have posted this review 5 years ago when I had my Lasik Surgery done by Dr. Ekery. I'm not one to make reviews, but I suffer each and every day with blurred vision, halos, and double vision AFTER my surgery and paying thousands. I went in to Dr. Ekery's office with decent vision except I couldn't see up close that well. I was 22 years old at the time. Dr. Ekery performed the surgery and after he was done he informed me that it was the longest he's ever had to leave a laser on someone's eyes. I was told to go home and rest, my eyes might be sore for a couple days, but my vision should be better. I went home and rested. When I woke up, I couldn't see. Everything was so blurry, way worse than what I went in with. They told me to give it a few weeks. I went back in and they told me my bad vision was a result of dry eyes and that I needed plugs... I've never had dry eyes and I've lived in dry climates all my life. I was given a free pair of eyeglasses and told to wait a year for my vision to get better. It never got better and by that time, I had relocated out of El Paso. They were not willing to fix their mistake, and I've been told by other doctors that he "overcorrected" my eyes. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this office or Dr. Ekery! Do your research, go to someone who is much more reputable and knows what they're doing. If he ruins your eyes, you're out the thousands you paid for it here.

I love Dr. Ekery and his staff! They are a professional and caring group! I was being seen by Dr. Ekery for my appointment and Dr. Lambson even took the time to sit and speak with me during my visit. They are all wonderful! I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I just wanted to see the frames. They require you to fill out a form asking you if you are vaccinated. I appreciate the efforts to have a safe environment, but asking for that kind of information seems very instrusive.

The staff at El Paso Optical Center is very caring and super nice. They take the time to explain things in detail. Awesome Job!

The worst customer service ever experienced. You end up waiting over and hour past your scheduled appointment. Then they sit you in the room and leave. All the staff does is walk around doing nothing.
