I feel like my care from Dr. Ellis and Jessie in the optical area was fantastic. However, I waited over 1 1/2 hours for Dr. Ellis. Currently waiting for the bill for new glasses it is 3:04 and I'm still here for a 11:40 appointment.

Exam is top notch, always incorporating new technology. Vision department has been getting ridiculous with frame pricing. My insurance covers just over $300.00 for frames, I try to pick up a set of ray bans that go for $319.00 and they want $501.00. So I used to not pay for ray bans, now I have to pay $180.00. Oh, I got charged $ 27.00 for using a credit card.
