The eye exam was stressful too many blinding lights and done by a non-compassionate person. Dr Buentello was nice but the staff member assisting him in the final exam room was not and I felt mishandled by his staff especially her due to she was taking RX dictation from Dr and she never once smiled at me. I, then, purchased some expensive YSL frames from his optical area and when I picked them up, I felt like the RX was wrong but decided to try them out. I tried my old RX sunglasses and could see fine but the new script is off somehow and I cannot get a live person to pickup the many calls I have made to their office to correct the RX.
