I had a wonderful experience at LASIK Cornea. The staff was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I personally have no experience with glasses, so when my daughter was prescribed glasses, I wasn't sure what to expect or how to navigate everything.
They took the time to guide me step by step, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their kindness and professionalism truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care services!

Does this business accept FEP Vision? According to their website, you do. According to your associate you dont. I provided my insurance information on 10/31, during my daughters appointment. Your employees did not do their job by verifying my benefits prior to my appointment. On the day of my appointment, on 11/4, I was informed my insurance is not accepted. My confusion is, I just used my insurance for my daughters appointment, the exact insurance I am using today. It was accepted then, but not accepted today??? For my daughter it was $5 copay, for me its a $30 copay. I am requesting your manager contact me regarding this discrepancy. I dont need your employee to tell me "i dont know why but she was charged under eye med (or something like that)." I am not employed by you. It is not by job to figure out the discrepancy. I took 4.5 hours for this appointment all for my insurance to not be accepted yet the exact same insurance was accepted 3 days ago. Doesn't make sense.

I just recently had a conversation with the receptionist . she was rude and very low mannered. I work in transportation for patients and had been waiting for someone to open up prior to my clients appointment at 7:30 am , no one opened until 7:35 and no one notified that the office opened after 7:30 . As a person who works in transportation we have other clients to attend to and pick up and can not be waiting for 30 min! The office should be opened 30 minutes prior for people who not only get transportation by their insurance but people who take the bus !
