Omega Vision Center

I had an excellent experience at this vision center. The staff was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They explained every step of the exam clearly and helped me choose the perfect pair of contact lenses. The store was clean, organized, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The store has a good selection of prescription glasses, as well as, designer style sunglasses. My girlfriend bought a new line of polarized sunglasses (Maui Grim) that she really enjoys. Would recommend for anyone that is exploring for all varieties of eyewear.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!! They do NOT do eye exams. They will not check eye pressure or any of the other things you normally have done at an optometrist and you will NOT be walking out with a prescription. THEY WILL NOT DO THIS FOR YOU. They do "vision tests" ONLY!!! That means they'll check your vision (similar to an optometrist) but then you'll need to buy your glasses or contacts directly through them at their inflated prices. If you give them any grief for their false advertisement or lying by omission, they refer you to a place the does NOT take vision insurance, only your health insurance so you'll still need to pay additional costs along with your copay. It'd be lovely if they'd give their potential customers any and all of this information BEFORE wasting people's time but then again if they told people this, they'd probably have very little clientele. This is why they have so many bad reviews!!! If I'd have know any of this, I'd have made an appointment somewhere else instead of wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.. The doctor there does not speak English only Spanish I had to translate to my wife everything. She was told she had stigmatism which she's never been told this before. I don't think this is a legit place be careful with places like this they just want money. After I wanted to cancel my order because they refused to give me a prescription I had to pay a $25 dollar fee to cancel. Would not recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place. Even it was small issue on my order, they were willing to help me and provided a temporary contact lens totally free. Loved the staff, very professional and knowledgeable.

The best experience ever. I have been there for one year, I have ordered lents for me and my whole family. The have a great service. I never seen a perfect store which never has inconveniences, even fast food where we visit very often, but the point is not how to avoid them (which is impossible) the point is how they take care of them. They always have a solution forr any inconvenience due from the moment of the test to the time we get our glasses there is a lot of provires in the middle and not all of them are perfect. I will continue buying from here just because they know how to handle any matters. I love this place, I would give them 1,000 stars if I could. Free eyesight test with the purchase of glasses or contacts. Not free prescription for you to take home and purchase elsewhere. They always explain that very clear, but there is always people who want to have everything for free. Lol, do you work for free at your job? Of course not, but they do for you either you buy or not. Mr. Gilbert G I guess this is your first time buying glasses, there is not place where you got a free exam WITH PRESCRIPTION, when I say FREE I ment even you don't buy, because if you buy some the exam fee will be included at the praises. Please if you find any let us know so we can go to take the exam for at 100% FREE COST and get glasses from somewhere else, hahahaha how easy buddy!

I went for the first time in the summer , no problem got an eye exam and ordered contacts. A month later I still haven't heard anything back so I called them and they told me I already picked them up, which I had not. Went the the place and they gave me one box which had 6 lenses in them. Months later I didnt want to order anymore from them because I didn't have a good experience. So I went and asked for my prescription. They told me I couldnt have it because the eye exam was free , even though I paied for my contacts because they were insisting I had a stigmatism in both eyes. I've been to other eye doctors and that was the first I've heard of it. I was already upset due to previous encounters so I decieded to leave. I called and asked again this time a little calmer and asked for the manger or someone higher. Told me the manger will be there on Monday even though I was just in the store and she greeted me and went to the back. All I wanted was my contact prescription because I had to pay for the contacts. Don't recommend it unless you have time to wait for contact prescription or glasses.
