This place is terrible with appointments, my husband scheduled an appointment via their call center for New Years Eve at 8am. Except that the clinic failed to inform the call center of their holiday hours. When we arrived, the clinic was closed. We contacted the call center (same number plastered on their door) which then explained the situation of not knowing the clinic would be changing their hours from 9am-1pm asking if my husband could wait until 9am and assured him that he would be the first one seen due to the mishap. Oh how wrong they were, the staff told my husband that he would have to wait hours until being seen because his appointment was at 8am and his arrival was now considered as late because it was now 9am. Definitely not satisfied with the staff and lack of customer service when the fault was on their end and didn't even try to accommodate their customer despite the unforseen circumstances. No stars should be an option when leaving a review because that's exactly the kind of rating that they deserve.

Everyone is really nice and I usually schedule the earliest appointment, so there isn't a long wait. It's a little expensive though even with insurance (lower tier). It takes about 10 days to get your glasses.

Made an appointment about a month ago left work early to make the appointment just to get here and it was canceled. No voice mail no txt totally unprofessional.

Have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for years and she is great.
