Exceptional customer service and an all around great visit at Provident Eye Specialist. I have never had such a thorough eye exam in my life. Making the appointment over the phone was seamless. My call was answered within three rings and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I was given an appointment for that same week. Once there I signed in, completed the necessary paperwork and waited less than 5 minutes to be called into the exam room. The waiting room was almost full, however, I noticed that they were very efficient in getting everyone seen expeditiously. Dr. Khauv and his staff were extremely professional, very friendly and educational. Their equipment was state of the art and the clinic was very clean. Dr. Khauv was very pleasant and explained my vision impairment in simplistic terms that any layperson could understand as I have a complicated vision impairment that he was able to correct when no other Ophthalmologist could. Just an all around great experience. I have worked with most Ophthalmologists in El Paso as I used to be the Executive Director for HCA's El Paso Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
