This past Friday, I had a very pleasant visit with the eye doctor. Dr. Acosta was so pleasant and found things going on with my eyes, I had no idea where even there. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Even the technician Jessica was just so sweet she made the visit feel Like chitchatting with an old friend. This was my first time going there and I'm just surprised how much I liked it and it all went by so quickly. When it's time to renew my children's prescription, I for sure will be taking them there And I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you all for the good experience.

I absolutely loved my experience at Drishti Kidz Eye Care! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and truly caring from the moment we walked in. They made everything easy to understand and made us feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing great service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent and compassionate eye care for their children!

Dr. Acosta, Amanda, Melanie, and Jimena all delivered above-and-beyond care. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and warm bedside manner. I am a rare disease patient, and Dr. Acosta stunned me with his knowledge about one of my conditions. Frankly, he had a better understanding than most of my PCPS or other specialists have ever had! I wish he could be my PCP. Highly recommend this team!

This was an extremely frustrating experience. I arrived 20 minutes late to our appointment, but I had called in advance to let the office know. I was told over the phone that there is a 20-minute grace period, so I made sure to get there within that timeframe. I arrived at exactly 2:47 p.m. However, when we got there, the doors were locked. It was windy outside, and my daughter has an eye infection, so standing outside was not ideal. Through the large windows, staff could clearly see us trying to get in, yet no one opened the door or acknowledged us. We were only able to enter because another patient was leaving. Because of this delay, we were not physically inside the building until 2:53 p.m. Despite the fact that I arrived within the 20-minute grace period and had called ahead to notify them, I was told that the 20 minutes had "already passed." That makes no sense when the reason we were delayed entering was because the office doors were locked. This is the second time we've had a negative experience here, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Customer service and basic communication are extremely important in a medical setting, especially when dealing with children and infections. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office to friends or family based on the way we were treated. Very disappointing experience. Horrible place. Do not come here.

We had a great experience, it being our first time at this clinic. My child is four and he felt so comfortable and cooperated well with the Doctor Acosta and DR T's examinations! Highly recommend . Also thank you to all the staff including Jackie,Laisha, Melanie and Stephanie for making this a great experience for my son :)

The whole staff is always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Dr. Acosta is great at explaining and really listening to your concerns. Karol and Melanie were also amazing and make you feel comfortable.

Recommends x 1000% front desk gabby was amazing her hospitality was great I felt so welcomed , Amanda the technician was great with my 3 year old she was super sweet , Mcintosh , the doctors I believe was her name THE BEST absolutely hands down she was wonderful with my daughter , she talked me through the whole process of what was what and just gave me a great understanding of everything ! Also at the glasses side they were amazing so helpful and patient ! Hands down everyone was great highly recommend!

Judith and Idaly were so sweet during our visit. Both of my daughter had their appointments today, and they were very patient and reassuring with each of my kiddos. They answered questions and made sure my girls were comfortable! Thank you so much, ladies!
