I had an excellent experience at Skyview Optometry. Dr. John was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my exam results while answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Paul was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting my frames -- he was patient, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and enjoyable. The administrative staff were also amazing -- friendly, organized, and efficient from check-in to check-out. You can truly feel the kindness and integrity in this office. It's such a blessing to receive care from a team that treats you with respect and compassion. I'm grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The doctor is very thorough in his exams. He explains things clearly, oftentimes using metaphors. He is clearly passionate about his work and that seems to improve the level of care. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They treat patients as people and not as a cash grab. And the decorations are very festive, balancing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The holiday tree, for it changes based on the nearest holiday, is an especially nice touch.

By far, one of the best medical offices we have been to in El Paso. Front desk ladies were kind and welcoming. The tech who took us back was extremely nice. Dr Carmona was amazing. He took the time to explain everything about my son's vision to us. Mr. Aultman at the front was really great. He helped my son pick out glasses (which he wasn't thrilled about at first) and somehow made it such a fun and easy experience. He was super nice, patient, and made us good about our purchase. Great experience and the Dr and staff are very educated. The Dr answered all my questions and concerns. Prescription was dialed in perfectly I will definitely go back every time I'm due for a checkup.
