Wow! What a team! Dr. De La Torre's credentials and experience are impressive, and he did not disappoint! THE BEST person to trust my eyes to was Dr. De La Torre! Every possible outcome fully explained with no surprises. The technology and the experience are top notch! Vero, Jose, Ray, Dr. De La Torre, and every team member at the LASIK Center is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and friendly. All staff is super attentive and thorough, answering every question completely and patiently. After 40 years of blurry vision without full and satisfactory correction with eye glasses and contacts, I was tired and frustrated with not being able to see anything clearly. I underwent the LASIK surgery corrected, and when I sat up, I could immediately read the clock on the wall and my husband's T-shirt clearly! What an experience! I was so overwhelmed with gratitude that I cried. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I highly recommend Dr. De La Torre and his team at Southwest Eye Institute LASIK Center. How did I decided to get my eye surgery with them? Well my insurance recommended their doctors as the best, and after reviewing their reviews I finally made up my mind and made an appointment. I am a curious person that has many questions, through all the time my questions were answered, they work with me at all times from the doctor giving his number to be there for me and any questions I might had. He answered within 1 hour. I don't even have that disposability. I am so happy i am able to see at night without the struggle of the half vision of the glasses. If you have ADHD and forget about appointment, struggle with any social communication this is a place to go. I felt comfortable at all times although I made mistakes with my appointments. I was never treated different. An anxiety/ADHD safe place.

Staff is awesome and frienly!! You always feel acknowledge and welcomed. My lasik was fast and easy. They explained the process and show you a video that helps you understand it better. As they are completing the process they are making you feel comfortable and explain more about the process. They provide you with sunglasses and some eyedrops for the healing process. I loved my experience here.
