Been here a couple of times but first for my daughter. My 13 yr old was getting her first eye eaxam and was a bit scared. The staff is amazing very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming; put her at ease. I was exceptionally pleased and look forward to continuing to do business with this particular location.

I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical and couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making the process easy and comfortable. My eye exam was thorough and never felt rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident that they truly cared about my eye health, not just getting me in and out. The contact lens process was just as smooth. They took the time to make sure I had the right fit, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Everyone I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. It's rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. If you're looking for a place that delivers professional care, clear communication, and a genuinely positive experience, I highly recommend Stanton Optical. I'll definitely be back.

Don't waste your time with brandy. She'll have you waiting 50 minutes after your exam just to ring you up and give you 2 price estimates on contacts. The other associate walks around trying to look busy in an empty store rather than help. You're better off going to a competitor for better customer service. I didn't even buy the contacts after the appointment because I'm not coming back here again. - a paying customer who's been coming for years, who will not be returning again.

Went in to get a new exam since I have insurance. I went in with a budget like many people. Once I got the frames I wanted who ever helped me with the my subscription (glasses and long brown/red hair) was very rude. I understand you all want to upcharge and try to get people to add on. But making faces at me even my husband noticed is insane. I'm sorry I don't have almost $300 to drop on glasses with ALL the "recommendations" from my Dr. I have a right to ask how much things are before I say no. And if I say no how is it okay to make a stink face at me when they are MY glasses in the end? She didn't even offer a rough ETA for my glasses just looked at me and said "we'll text you when they are ready. Yeah." Was making me feel bad the whole time I was trying to get glasses. As we were waiting to be helped even by her we actively saw them ignore maybe 2 phone calls and let it go to voicemail. Now I'm doubtful I'll even get an answer if I call about my glasses. Only nice person was who ever helped me sign in for my appt. She was very sweet and let me browse while I waited and came and got me.

So I guess I wrote my 5 Star Review way too soon. Had a trial lens that did not work out and needed to change my prescription. They had assured me they would assist with getting me new lenses since I had already purchased the year supply. When I went back in to let them know The second trial lens was working they only offered to give me a discount off of another year supply. I could not be more disappointed at this time. They said they would not take back opened boxes, but there were only two lenses that were used from the box in the process of trying to have my eyes adjusted. I will not be returning and I recommend thinking twice before going to Stanton optical.

I came in to get my prescription glasses. Have amazing selection. Assisted me with my insurance explained everything into detail. Gracie at the sunlandpark office did a stellar job. I highly recommend everyone to come. Amazing promotions and they definitely work with you.

Grace and the gentleman that helped me with my initial exam was super nice and helpful. There were two other ladies in the store that made the experience less than pleasant. One was walking around with a makeup mirror and doing anything other than working. Another, asked me if I needed any help, but then to my surprise when I asked for her to check the prices on a few pairs of glasses, she yanked them out of my hands and said "These aren't the two for $79. You're in the wrong section" rolled her eyes and walked away. Overall I'm glad the other two mentioned above helped me when I first got there and at the end. Some of the workers in there do need a course on proper customer service though.

Disappointed in service. I'm having trouble getting the rx lens fixed. I took them today, they said they would reach out to Optometrist to adjust rx. Waited 2 hrs and nothing got resolved. One employee told me if they reach out to the optometrist they don't respond right away, they take more than 3 hrs.. so I left. Basically I wasted my time. If you are looking for cheap quality frames this is the place to go, but the service is horrible. I was expecting better quality. First time and last time I will go to this place. I'm going to take the hit this time around since I used my insurance and it will be a mess trying to get my money back. I will call my insurance to report them because they cashed in good money.
