The Children's Optical

Our child needed glasses and she wears a cranial helmet. Salvador was very knowledgeable and helped us right away. His professionalism and dedication to his craft were obvious from the beginning. He worked through some issues we had with the fitment and her glasses fit great. Thank you for your help Sal.

Masks are not required but always optional. My visit was amazing! I was so nervous to bring my 7 month old to an ophthalmologist. The front staff were nice. The staff who helped us in the back were amazing! They were gentle with my son and explained everything to me in detail. My son has to have a procedure soon and I am confident they will care for him. Personally I feel like the area has a lot of room to wait, there is a long hallway of chairs for the waiting room and it's nice enough to fit a stroller if needed. You can enter through two ways if it's crowded. Everything looked clean, and it's so important especially that children like to touch things. There weren't smudges all over everything and it seemed well cleaned. The only parking I experienced was the ones directly in front of the building but maybe there was more than that. (not sure). (this is my review for now until the procedure), I highly recommend this place!!

Having to deal with the whole process was stressful and just emotional. We are coming from out of town, and they make it worth it, EVERYONE is so nice and caring, they have lots of patience and they know what they are doing. We love the doctor and the staff, glasses were done that same day, they also acomodate to your schedule. It was such a blessing finding them. My son would still be waiting to be seen, but thank God my husband found them and they schedule us that same day!

They kind of linger and make you feel uncomfortable. Speed of service in actually getting us the glasses quickly is out of the question. Glasses are very much overpriced, every service is an extra fee. I went elsewhere to get my daughter the style that she wanted and paid less than it would cost by about $100 and included free warranty, while here they charge for that on top of what your paying.

Expect to be there a minimum 3 hours. Our appointment was at 8:30 there were two ahead of us. Front desk girls are rude.
