It's clear he cares deeply about patient education and vision health. The positive experience continued when it was time to pick out glasses with Ruth. She provided expert care, taking her time and showing genuine patience to make sure I found the perfect pair that fit well and looked great. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure you walk out happy and seeing clearly. If you're looking for top-tier eye care with warm, expert staff, this is the place to go.

I had a wonderful experience at the East Side office with Dr. Delgado and Gabby. Gabby conducted a thorough and efficient assessment, clearly explaining each step of the process. Dr. Delgado provided an excellent explanation of my vision concerns and recommended an additional test to ensure my eyes were healthy. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism and exceptional care.

Had a great experience today with Dr Delgado. I had been under a lot of stress because my daughter's old contact lenses prescription was super expensive due to having to buy a separate brand for each eye and on top of that, them being weekly! I expressed my troubles to the doctor and asked if she could possibly switch her to monthly's instead so that it could help us save a bit of money if possible. Not only did she do this, but now we only need to buy 1 box which she can use for both eyes! This will save us a lot of money and this means the world because we are struggling so much financially. God bless her for what she did. Thank you!

Clarissa was the downfall of the east side office. What happened to Stephanie? She was incredible with us. She was a light in the office. We hear Clarissa was the change and we hate it. Bring back good customer service.

Terrible! I had an eye exam for both glasses and Contacts. They did all the test for both contacts and glasses at the end of the appointment however in order to give me my contact prescription I was demanded to pay 150.00! Otherwise no prescription for contacts. No manager available to speak about this! Worst service ever! Would not recommend!!! Furthermore contacts purchased from there were defective as they ripped easily as if bad manufacturing! This fee for getting your own contact prescription is a scam! They just want to force you to buy contacts there and if just in case you are not bang $150.00 fee and get this Doctor told me they did not have my contact so how where they going to fit me they weren't it's a scam!

Terrible customer service!! I made three appointments in the afternoon. My daughter went early, but when my son and I showed up, they told us that we missed the appointment time. I made three appointments, one at 3:00pm, 3:30pm, and 4:00pm. I got out of work late and showed up at 3:45pm. Furthermore, I can understand that I showed up late so, I didn't expect for me to go, but my son should have been allowed to get his eye exam done. But the receptionist did not bulge. I asked to speak to a manager, but she did not bother to look for her and told me that she was at the Westside location. What place runs without management? I will NEVER go back to there again. No empathy and not willing to do anything for their customer. DON'T GO THERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So my daughter went back to get her glasses, and guess what, they told her that we still owed like $160 more. So I called and learn that the eye exam total was $290 without any order for eyeglasses.That we still owed $30 for the eye exam and the that she still owed the money for the eyeglasses. I have never been in a place that charges $290 for an eye exam. This is ridiculous expensive. Please avoid this place, stay away. Biggest ripoff!! Horrible customer service. They will rob you!

The front desk young lady was very pleasant , kind, and helpful. On the other hand, the young man that did all my eye testing, needs to gain some people skills. I felt like I was a slab of meat he was slinging around from room to room. A few pleasant words would've made me feel much more at ease. The doctor was very pleasant, kind and genuine. Very professional and informative. Thank you for your service. I'll be back next year.

The doctors here are awesome ! My one star is for the customer service in the lense department. I do not recommend buying glasses here. My lense came out very dense even with the thinner option. They did offer to give me only 20% refund or to get another lense. I was sad but I tried being patient just trying to find a better option. They had a very aggressive stand on trying to defend their point of view , "customer is always wrong" type of approach. The issue was just with the head of the department of lenses. The guy said he's worked 20 years so that he knows no one can make it thinner since my prescription changed by .7 on one eye.. He even tried to bring up a note that it was pointed out to me that I knew I had a bigger frame than before. Never did they say my lense would come out so dense it would come out of my frame, and take up most of it. They agreed it was super dense. I tried to be patient and explain that anyone can put a note but never explain what it means even at my job. He then went on to disrespectfully say that if what I'm implying is that I lie at my job with my patients and laughed in front of my face. He kept being disrespectful, even when all I wanted was just a solution and acted calmly. I asked him to please be kinder to customers in the future. Eventually, He apologized. I decided to just leave with the frame but was very disappointed with the treatment .
