What can I say, to me he is a miracle worker. He was patient with me in trying to describe what I see and how unhappy I had been with previous places. I ended up with Cataract surgery and it is like a blind person seeing. I have worn glasses for 60 years. I will still need a small prescription but can't wait for fun glasses! Choices had been limited in the past. I have had a few follow ups. Yes a slow process but so worth it!. I know like every other places the Dr's. time is limited and depends heavily on the techs. I started off day 1 with an awesome Tech who ended up adjusting my Dr's. as I was there for thr optometrist only. My world has changed. Caution to all, now that I can see, I am back to driving on I-10!

After suffering for years with my eyes and see different doctors, Dr. Vazquez was the only doctor that asserted the issue. He did eye surgery on both eyes and was a success. I'm extremely thankful for his knowledge, understanding and time that he demonstrated. Definitely I recommend him. Also the staff at his office is courteous and helpful. May God bless him and his staff.

Dr. Vazquez is an excellent physician who truly cares about his patients. He listens to them, advocates for them and gets them the care they need even across medical disciplines. He has helped my mom tremendously and both of us highly recommend him.

I have been dealing with double vision eye issues for many years. I have been told repeatedly by other Dr(s) that my eyes are just tired and was prescribed Prism glasses. I still was unable to see welI and still had double vision. I had problems driving and playing the sports that I had enjoyed. Dr Carlos Vazquez evaluated me thoroughly and recommended that I have eye alignment surgery. I had my surgery on July 19, 2023 and I no longer have double vision and no longer need Prism glasses. I am elated to say the least and highly recommend Dr Carlos Vazquez. I appreciate him very much and the staff at West Texas Eye Associates. Debbie Griego

Dr Vasquez has been my eye doctor since he started with West Texas Eye Associates. I feel he is very caring and is doing everything possible to improve my eye conditions. He is also very aware of how much time is spent waiting to see him. I must say the waiting time was less on my most recent visit. Thank you for that.
