This place is a total joke. They give you laminated forms to fill out in sharpe because a patient is not worth the value of a piece of real paper. They don't tell you that the parking lot looks like there is a major concert or sporting event so you WILL NOT find any parking, but no one tells you to come early to make sure that you can park your car. This place is a sham that prays off of the elderly and VA appointments done on the cheap. Avoid at all costs.

Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes in lobby after my scheduled appointment time. Never once was offered an explanation for delay. Went to clerk and said was cancelling appointment because I had other things planned. She said they were preparing exam room and then went to the exam area. She came back and could only say I would be next to go in an exam room. By my guess that would be another hour or so before I saw the Doctor. I left and requested my copayment back since I was never seen. Why would I entrust someone to manage my health who cannot simply manage time...

I have been here on two occasions. Once for my contact & eyeglass exam and the other for the follow up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In meeting Dr. Reffell he is extremely amicable & knowledgeable. During the times I've been here, he's been attentive and has a great personality! I would definitely recommend this clinic for your eye needs and I will be recommending my family and friends come here as well.
