Vision Associates of El Paso

I've been going here for many years and have had scheduling issues many of those. They will call and reschedule because the Dr. That the appointment was scheduled with no longer works there. Why wait till the day of the appointment to notify the patient. I had an appointment scheduled in April this year and took off from work since . They called 3 hours before by confirmed appointment and said the needed to reschedule me for 2 weeks later. Told them I needed to check my schedule and they told me to just call back if I needed to reschedule. When I check my schedule and called back to let them know that the new appointment they had instead on would not work as I had a commitment for work that could not be changed. They informed me that they could not get me in before August. Seriously, you don't care about your patients. Not only have I already missed a day of your because of your incompetence, but now I have to wait another 3 months because you weren't willing to fix your scheduling mistake. Totally unacceptable.

Eye surgery got rescheduled twice, my appointments would always get rescheduled to three months out because the doctor was out. The front office staff is rude.

Dr. Ryder and his staff have been amazing since day one threw my vision loss journey.His office is clean and well organized. They made me feel comfortable answered all my questions in a well informed manner. Vanessa has helped to guide me threw the whole process with kindness and warmth. I would highly recommended Dr. Ryder!!!

Very disappointed drove almost 30 miles to be told I have a deductible I can't afford. Why would you tell people at time of service.? Shame on you guys. Do better by people. Could have saved us both the aggravation. Or how about I could have been prepared for it. Thanks.....

Second time I take time off from work for appointment. We show up and tell us their Internet is down and they can't take us in. They sit there waiting until you show up to tell you this. Then they reschedule for a month or two later.

First visit today with Dr. Reiter was outstanding. Very pleasant, professional, and great care. Vanessa as his tech was bubbly and comforting as I was very nervous about having my eye dilated for the first time. Highly recommend this office for your eye care.

Vanessa and the other staff are outstanding with thier customer service! Dr. Reiter is very professional as well. My favorite part is having Vanessa help me with everything! She follows through from start to finish and more importantly keeps in contact with you to make sure it gets done. Great eye care facility!

Vanessa the technician was very professional and caring. Despite the doctor's delay, she kept checking up on me, assuring me the doctor will be in as soon as possible. Dr. Reffell completed my eye exam in a timely fashion and gave helpful and informative eye care advice.
