From the moment we walked in the door, Norma treated us like valued customers. She was very knowledgeable about our insurance benefits and about the frames and lenses for the glasses. She knew the store's stock of frames very well and was great at helping us pick a style that was best for us. She knew all the features available for the lenses and explained everything very thoroughly and patiently. She also did a very thorough job measuring and making sure the lenses would be made correctly.I have not seen this type of customer service anywhere in a long time and it was very refreshing and reassuring. I was so impressed that I will be using this business for all my optical needs in the future. I will recommend it to anyone who has a need for an optical.

Went 2 weeks ago and this was my first time purchasing glasses for my daughter at this location and the experience was amazing! Both employees were extremely knowledgeable and incredibly kind. She worked with me to get the best price as possible and I was extremely satisfied!
What I paid for two pairs, I would have paid for one at my Optometrist's office.
