Went in just to look and Robert helped me out so much!! Was very professional and walked me through every option with great details and made me feel comfortable! Will definitely return to purchase when ready.

I can be extremely indecisive, but Miguel took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I want to start by saying the staff at the Vision Center itself were incredibly helpful and kind--no complaints there. However, my experience with the eye doctor was extremely disappointing. The setup of his office felt very makeshift, and during my visit, his child was present--yelling and causing a disruption. It felt highly unprofessional. The doctor was juggling everything alone: the front desk, the exams, and taking care of his child. The actual eye exam was shockingly brief. It consisted of looking into a basic machine with a picture of a house, followed by being shown three options to choose from in another room. That was it. It was the shortest and most impersonal eye exam I've ever had. Unsurprisingly, my prescription was incorrect. I ended up visiting the Walmart Vision Center on Zaragoza, where the doctor was professional, had proper support staff, and actually took time with the exam. He mentioned he often gets patients from the Cielo location looking to get their prescriptions corrected. To make matters worse, during my visit at Cielo, the doctor made inappropriate and personal comments--asking if I was single, whether the person with me was my husband, and whether we were planning to have children. These questions were completely unrelated to the visit and made me very uncomfortable. For personal reasons, this topic was especially upsetting, and it was incredibly unprofessional of him to bring it up. Lastly, I discovered he billed my insurance for a contact lens exam--something we never did, and I don't even wear contacts. I had to work with my insurance provider to dispute the claim. If you're considering getting an exam here, I'd strongly recommend going to a different location--especially the Zaragoza one, where I had a much more professional and respectful experience.
