He explains tests results in a clear manner and always leaves time for patient questions or concerns. I'm very happy to be under his care. April couldn't help enough. Spent 20 minutes on the phone tracking down CT and MRI info. Way above and beyond. Made to feel at ease right away . Very comfortable . Couldn't be happier with the visit. And by the way I'm still in the building doing this review. Thank you.

I had 2 cornea transplant here with Dr Samuel Faith. He was wonderful and caring and made sure I was well taken care of even in the surgery center. U can trust him to do the best possible surgery possible. His skill level is beyond belief. His performance can't be matched. He has changed my life making it possible for me to have my vision back. I had a very disappointing experience with West Texas Eye Associates. The front office staff was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. They repeatedly denied ever receiving a referral for my child, even though my insurance confirmed it was sent, and I have a copy of the referral myself. Instead of assisting, the front desk demanded that I email my copy of the referral so they could "evaluate it," as if the issue was on my end. Even more concerning, they implied they would need talk with the doctor's assistant about his symptoms before making an appointment because the doctor is "very busy" and "does not see just anyone," which came across as unprofessional and insensitive. This is especially alarming because my child is experiencing sudden and serious vision changes, including a red overcast over his entire vision and seeing swirls or spinning in his eyesight. Given the urgency of these symptoms, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to help was unacceptable. I would not recommend this office based on how poorly we were treated during a stressful and concerning situation.

We are so grateful for the incredible care my grandson received from Dr. Vasquez After a very difficult time with his eyes, Dr. Vasquez's expertise, kindness, and patience made all the difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and treated my grandson with such compassion that he always felt safe and comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Vasquez skill and dedication, my grandson's eyes have healed beautifully, and we couldn't be more thankful. Truly a remarkable doctor who combines medical excellence with genuine care. We were equally grateful for the compassion, care and professionalism from staff.

Friendly staff from the check in receptionist to the doctors. I've been seen by Dr. Vasquez and Dr. Anderson and both are great. My only complain is the wait. If you have an AM appt you could be there 1.5 to 2 hrs. PM appts could take longer.

I've had Dr. Vasquez as my eye doctors for many years. His staff are professional, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend anyone with a need to have their eyes checked. You too will understand the importance of excellent staff.

Dr. Faith is amazing when you get to see him. Great surgeon highly recommend him, just be aware you will be here for an hour plus waiting to see him. They seem to stack together a lot of patients. I gave a 4 star due to I always waiting for so long. You know it's bad when your wrist watch is telling you to stand up due to the long waiting periods. Pack a lunch however the care is amazing. Dr. Faith is the best!
