America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Recently, my wife and I needed new prescriptions for our eyes. After careful consideration of several options, we decided to Visit America's Best in Euless. The optometrist, Dr. Jacqueline Tran, was highly knowledgeable and courteous in explaining our various questions. Having interacted with the staff here, we decided to get our prescription eye glasses filled by America's Best. The office manager (Leanna?) and the folks who work there all appeared very happy and they treated us with great courtesy. I highly recommend America's Best in Euless. Thank you very much!

First time using contacts, they were extremely helpful and patient with the training course making sure I could put them in and remove them as well. Would recommend asking for Mykaela - she explains the procedure in detail and helps make sure you are comfortable!

Damn I should have come on here before I went. Horrible experience. Manager, staff and now trying to get district manager to call me after speaking with customer service. Never have I ever had such a bad experience. Still don't have glasses and my appointment was in June. They are trying to get me to wear squeaky frames. Ray Bans. I own multiple pairs and non are like this. I've been up to the store now 5 times and still nothing. Magically the manager was to be there all day yesterday and took an hour and a half lunch. Left the squeaky $400 pair of glasses there. Customer service there is horrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM! They won't even give me a refund. Americas Worse. I had to refrain my husband from crushing the glasses in the store. Sure am looking forward to talking to Steve when he calls or emails. He has 24/48 hours. Store is in Euless, TX. Won't refund me and trying act like the poor quality of lens is my fault. The doctor was nice but beyond that everyone that works there needs a class or classes on customer service. One girl was bending other frames literally in half to say they all squeak. I should have stayed at Target Optical. Never will I do business with them and I am not one to write reviews.

what an amazing staff all in all. from the person that scheduled my appointment to the girl that did took my information for check, to the optometric technician that did my pre exam, to Dr. Tran who was fast and knowledgeable about my needs, then to my optician they were all upbeat, enthusiastic, delightful and super helpful! 100 out 10 recommend!

It's been a while since I had my visit with Dr. Tran but I knew it was a terrible visit as soon as I left. I was experiencing red flashing lights for the first time ever in both my eyes which she did not do much to assess and now it has gotten significantly worse. I also complained to her about a bump that I have from a previous internal stye which she brushed off and said it will go away after several months but guess what? stye keeps coming back in the exact same location. She hardly talked, the whole exam took maybe 20 minutes, answered my questions with 1-3 word responses (lacking details, enthusiasm or care) and did not attempt to refer me to a specialist or anything of the sort. Essentially she just checked my seeing prescription and sent me on my way.

I called the store and ordered some contact lens. I was not asked for payment at that time. When I called to find out if my contacts had arrived, they said there was no record of the transaction. Of course there was no record of the transaction because I was not asked for payment. The manager was difficult to work with. I called the customer service phone number. They did nothing for me. I do not recommend this store.

Dr. Tran and Sabrina at America's Best did an outstanding job helping me get a new set of lenses to correct my vision. Their dedication to their profession and their patience throughout the process made a real difference. I truly appreciate the care they showed and how they worked to make life just a little easier for me. Thank you both for the excellent service.
