Dr. Gendelman is the best OD. She is very patient and takes the time to explain all results to you. I've been visiting her for years and won't go anywhere else. The staff in both her office and this who sell the lenses and frames are highly knowledgeable and friendly as well. I always have a great visit here.

This was our first visit to Dr. Nellya Gendelman's office in Euless, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The practice offers an impressive array of services, and it's very clear that Dr. Gendelman is exceptionally good at what she does. She has seen all kinds of patients, and that depth of experience really shows.
We were seen promptly, and the entire visit felt smooth and well-run. Dr. Gendelman was professional, kind, and highly competent. Her exam was thorough and fluid. She was easygoing while also clearly skilled and confident in her work.
Bianca and Veronica deserve special recognition. They are absolute sweethearts - kind, courteous, always smiling, and genuinely willing to help. Their warmth made the visit even more pleasant.
Dr. Gendelman came highly recommended to us by a friend, and I can now say without hesitation that I would also highly recommend her and her staff to others.

This was my first time here and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The receptionist was very nice. The technician was polite and gentle and took the time to explain the tests he was doing. Dr G made me feel feel at ease, she was easy to talk to, and she took the time to answer my questions and did not rush the appointment. I felt the exam she gave was very thorough. I did not have insurance to use but the pricing was still good.

Wonderful clinic with wonderful staff! I've needed a regular optometrist for nearly four decades and have had many in that time throughout the U.S. Dr. Gendelman has been THE best by far. Just one example among many: when my son badly injured his eye at school the same day our family was flying out on vacation that evening to the other side of the world, Dr. Gendelman stayed after hours to see him, gave us the necessary meds with the care plan, *found another optometrist in the country we were flying to for a follow up (!)*, gave us a mobile number we could text for urgent info if his eye worsened, and checked on us while we were gone to make sure he was doing well. You can't ask for better care than that!
