The entire office staff and Dr. Virdee were superb. The process from start to finish was very efficient and enjoyable. They use the latest technology that I've never seen before...really enjoyable experience. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment at this location.

These guys are amazing!! Very very customer friendly, answered all my questions, and got me in and out fast. Love the team that are there. These guys always have a smile (even if there are rude customers there). Also, they told me 2 weeks for my glasses and them bad boys came in like 1.5 weeks. So way faster than expected.

I brought my disabled parents in for vision exams, and to get some new glasses. The entire staff was so kind and helpful and the doctor was amazing! She was very patient and sweet! It was a fantastic experience all around!

Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful I'm always there weekly when my glasses need adjusting and they do not hesitate to help me. And when I need new glasses they always come through with recommendations on which glasses I should get. Customer service never disappoint always truly lucky to have found this place.

This place is very professional and all the coworkers were very nice! They made sure I knew the cost for the exam too. I got an updated prescription for my contacts and one of the employees even helped me pick out glasses that suited my face.

Order two pair of glasses payment for glasses 915.00 I paid $200.00 deposit on the glasses. The associate that help me never informed me that half payment was due at the time placing the order my glasses sat in the office for two weeks. The associate called and said my sorry something wrong with your order she never said the payment has to made in order for the prescription to be filled. I've waited two weeks for glasses that were never ordered. I'm very upset and dissatisfied with the company and I will not recommend anyone to go to VISION LIFE OD IN EULESS TEXAS. I have NOT received my $200 deposit for the glasses BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE BUYING GLASSES YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Update. I went to VISION OD LIFE IN EULESS I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER TO LET HER KNOW THE Technician DID NOT ORDER MY PRESCRIPTION FOR MY GLASSES. NOTHING I HEARD NOTHING FROM THE DOCTOR CONCERNING ME AND MY DAUGHTER GLASSES WITH MY INSURANCE AND PAYMENT THEY LOST OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS THE PRICE BUSINESS PAY FOR RACISM IS INSANE.
