Target Optical

Our experience was fantastic and it was a very friendly environment among the doctor and the people that worked there. They helped us and explained everything to us clearly. I would definitely go there again and refer the place to my family and friends.

Update: I came into Target Optical Glade location on 02/20 with my sons and both employees greeted us warmly and let us know we'd be helped as soon as someone was available. I truly wish I had gotten the name of the person who helped us -- short, dark hair -- because they were amazing. I shared I had a not so good experience at amother local location and my son was helped right away. They confirmed his prescription was correct and explained that since it had changed since 2023, he may just need time to adjust to the stronger lenses. As we were about to leave, they paused and asked if the position of one of my son's glasses arms was intentional. It wasn't. They quickly adjusted the arm, tightened a screw, had him try them on again...and boom. Perfect. My son lit up because he could see clearly. That simple adjustment saved me from another overwhelming visit to recheck his prescription and glasses with his optician. As a special needs parent, small victories mean everything. Thank you for catching something so simple and delivering such thoughtful, attentive customer service. She was very helpful and willing to make corrections regarding our experience. I explained that my son has been having issues with his glasses since we picked them up, and I was reassured that this location would be happy to look at and adjust them this Friday. I truly appreciate the team reaching out, as it has been on my mind trying to get his glasses adjusted so he can wear them comfortably instead of relying on his old pair, which has significant wear and tear. I also shared that I was uncomfortable returning to the original location where we purchased the glasses due to the experience we had there, which is why this follow-up meant so much to me. I wanted to update my review to correct my error, especially since, so far, their representatives have been helpful and responsive..

Very friendly service! I am going to start using Target optical for now on. They offer great selection of frames, excellent service and also complementary cleaning and minor fixtures to current glasses/frames if needed.

I have to say, when I initially dropped of my prescription with Laurie.... I knew I had made the best decision at getting glasses here, as it was my first time here. It wasn't until I called to inquire about my glasses that I experienced total disrespect and ugly customer service. I telephoned the store about 0900 on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Because the store was closed, I left a message expecting a return call. It wasn't until 3:30 that Alix decided to return my call. Stating she text me to inform me that my glasses was ready for pick up. I informed her that I had NOT received a message from her. While on the phone with her is when I received the text message. I informed her I was headed to pick up my glasses. She made it a clear point to inform me that "we close at 4". I don't think she was interested in helping me at all as she called me back 30 mins prior to the store closing for the day. I wholeheartedly give Laurie 10 STARS... Alix, ZERO!

If we had to make a list of our all time top 5 greatest guest experience today encounter at this target optical in Euless would make that list! Khadija is exactly the kind of team member I would want to have on my team and target is very lucky to have her!

I was treated very nicely and they tried to help me pick out a pair of frames, but they lacked a variety of options. It took me quite a long time to pick out a pair of frames and I finally picked out a frame that I did not really like, but it was better than the other frames that they had that was in my price range,

Alix helped me fix my current glasses and with my next pair with sizing! I couldn't be happier with the service! 5 out of 5 stars!

We had a terrible experience and were very inconvienced trying to get my daughter's contacts. It took almost two months to receive them due to a mistake made by one of Target's workers. We still haven't received a follow-up to correct the mistake as promised.
