The exam was fine. However, when it came to purchasing the glasses the person who helped me didn't help me. I would asked for prices and deals so I could weigh my options. She wasn't helpful at all. I left being so frustrated! When I went to pick up my glasses, they were cut too small! My glasses would rattle. I had to go back and get them redone. Not a good experience at all. I am giving 2 stars only because the technician who helped me with my exam was great!

Worst optical store I've ever been to. The staff had zero interest in helping me and acted like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. The place looked run down and unclean, and honestly didn't give me much confidence about the quality of the glasses.
They advertise quick service, but that's a joke--I waited far longer than promised, with no communication or updates. When I finally got my order, the glasses didn't even fit properly, and no one bothered to fix the issue.
Save yourself the time and headache--there are plenty of other optical shops that actually care about their customers.

The people were very nice. Professional. No issues there. The 2 for 79 is misleading. There are only a few (cheap ugly) frames to choose from. Even with my insurance I left with one pair and spent 230 dollars. Explain to me how that happens??? Plus the selection of frames is awful. Hideous most of them. I picked the least offensive one in my allowance and I don't plan to wear them unless I lose or damage the pair I already had. Super disappointing. If you're going to lure us in then upsell like that, at least make the frames fashionable. And varied. You have the same frame in 37 colors taking up a whole wall. Please do better. Until then I'm shopping online for glasses.

when I went there I was asking something about my condition that moment (foreign body removal from eye)but the lady I was talking to was not that cool. I was panicking and I interrupted when she was talking to me but she rudely told me "let me finish first !"Which I didn't expect at all.. I hope no one else has to feel that cold welcome later. Never gonna visit there anymore.
