I have been going here for some time. Md Salazar is so wonderful. He spends as much time as you need to help you get the right prescription. I have really wanted to have contacts again. He helped me find the perfect ones. He will order what you need to figure out which works best for you..
The staff well I can not say enough. I am treated like VIP every time I have gone in. Not only that they always help me pick the perfect pair. They make one my least favorite things to do fun.
Thanks for being the A team. There is one person who always does my measurements. Has the final say on the years eye wear selection. I am not going to share her name.. Being selfish! You know who You are!! You can't go wrong with anyone though.

Dr.salazar was great. Dr assistant was great. However the opticians have a really bad attitude when you question the charges. They tend to say "its necessary" or "the lens comes with it". As a previous optician/lens cutter myself who got paid on commission. I get it. Trying to make a sale but dont try to tell me something is needed when its not & proceed to give me or my husband attitude. Also, if my insurance is saying a specific copay than that should be the charge. Polish is not needed usually unless is a rimless frame. Scratch resistant/Uv is also not needed bc its built into the lens itself. If a patient does not want it than order lenses without it. Make your own judgments when coming here but at least this was my experience.

If I was able to put 0 stars I would.
The girls at the front desk would not help after, I tried calling them 3-4 times to make sure my prescription was sent over to the other facility ..
all 4 times I called and asked about my prescription being faxed they would hang up.
Dr Salazar was great and very helpful, I asked the ladies at the front to speak to him. But they said he was busy.

There aren't enough stars for Dr. Salazar! This was my mom's first visit after I recommended him based on feedback from my own patients who see him. He truly took his time explaining everything, going above and beyond to walk her through how progressive lenses work. He even wrote out three separate prescriptions for contacts, progressive lenses, and single-vision glasses. My mom left saying he has earned a patient for life. He has outstanding bedside manner, and I genuinely believe everyone should go see this fantastic doctor.

As I walked through the front door, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles. After a short wait, the nurse/technician ushered me into a room filled with various instruments where my eyes were carefully examined. Next came a very thorough exam by Dr. Gonzales. She was able to provide a prescription for my complicated eyes that allows me to see perfectly. Additionally, she took the time to answer all my questions. This is a very professional shop staffed by caring, competent professionals.
