My family has been coming to this clinic for years, and we've always had great experiences. My son and I are both patients of Dr. Ratcliff, and I have nothing but praise for him. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff provides excellent care. My son's technician, Bianca, is wonderful. She introduced herself right away and made him feel comfortable throughout the exam. Today was my first time meeting Dr. Peterson, and she was excellent. She is thorough, attentive, and clear in explaining my son's treatment plan.
The only small area for improvement was at the front desk. While the staff member was polite, she never made eye contact with me from the moment I walked in or during check-in. Her eyes remained on the computer screen until she asked for my driver's license and briefly looked up to take it, which felt a bit impersonal. It's a minor detail, but a little more engagement would make the experience even more welcoming.
Despite that, I was very pleased with the quality of care my son received today and would certainly recommend this clinic to others.

They were very thorough and explained everything well to ease my anxiety. Dr Ratcliff always explains things well and puts my mind at ease. I highly recommend him and the staff at Twenty20 Eyecare. Dr. Ratcliff is wonderful at working to get you the best possible outcome. I have difficult vision to correct- post LASIK and an astigmatism, and he has persisted on finding the best solution to get my vision as close to 20/20 as possible.
