I cannot recommend Dr. Reddy enough! I had both of my cataracts removed by him, and the entire experience has been exceptional. Every time I have gone into the office, I have received the best care from both Dr. Reddy and his staff. Dr. Reddy is very clear, knowledgeable, and professional, and he is excellent at explaining exactly what is going on with your eyes. He takes the time to answer questions, makes sure you fully understand the procedure, and ensures you feel comfortable and at ease. My cataract surgery went beautifully, and it has truly changed my life. If you are looking for a caring, thorough, and skilled ophthalmologist, this is the place to go

Very easy to schedule appointments. The facility is very nice, open and clean. All personnel working there are very polite and efficient. Dr. Reddy is great, He is very patient oriented and completely explained the options and procedure which I would have. I had cataract surgery with lens implants. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. My wife had the same experience as I had a couple of months earlier so was happy to follow her lead. I recommend Dr. Reddy at Apex Eye as the eye doctor to see.

I've been going to Dr. Reddy for about 8 months now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming -- shoutout to Rebekah at reception, who is consistently personable and somehow always ready with a compliment or a funny story that makes your day better. Dr. Reddy is incredibly patient and takes the time to make sure all of your questions are answered. He's attentive, thorough, and you can genuinely tell he cares about his patients and their eye health. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling confident about my care. I'm also considering him for elective procedures because I trust his expertise and approach that much. The waiting area is clean and spacious and parking is easy. Highly recommend!

Recently visited Dr. Vish at Apex Eye for an eye evaluation. The sitting area is open and ample room for everyone to be seated. Good to see a shelf with books for someone who accompanied the patient to kill some time. The facility is very well maintained, clean and has a modern touch to it. Front desk personnel were welcoming and checked in without any issues and we didnot have to wait past our scheduled time to see the Doctor. Though they were busy, they were able to get my checkout done like a breeze. Dr. Vish has given due attention and time to all my concerns and questions. He performed all the necessary tests and made sure that he explained the why behind what he observed. I'd not hesitate to recommend Dr. Vish for any eye examination you want to get done for diagnosis or resolve any eye related problems you might have.

Hands down the best in the business. From referral to appointment to procedure, it was efficiency at its finest. Let's start with the office staff -- these ladies are absolutely wonderful. They handled the insurance referrals, scheduling, and follow-ups seamlessly. I truly felt like family from the moment I walked in. I initially expected a long wait for an appointment, but to my surprise, my procedure was scheduled much sooner than anticipated. Dr. Reddy is phenomenal. I was extremely anxious due to my rapidly declining vision, but he took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, explain his recommendations clearly, and perform the procedure flawlessly. His skill and professionalism gave me complete confidence. I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received.

Dr. Reddy at Apex Eye is awesome. He performed my cataract surgeries. I was so pleased with the results and the entire process. Everyone, from the front office staff to the techs were easy to work with. Everyone is pleasant and professional and personal. They go the extra mile in explaining procedures, and are happy to answer your questions. Apex Eye is conveniently located on the northwest corner of Independence and Hwy 121 in Frisco. All visits before and after surgery are in Dr.Reddy's office at this location. Parking is convenient( no hospital parking garages and crowds!) I mention this convenience because when my parents had cataract surgery a few years ago the Eye surgeon that they were referred to had many offices; each time they had an appointment it was at a different office in a different city-the care they received less personal. My care at Apex with Dr.Reddy and his staff was professional, pleasant and personable. I highly recommend Apex Eye and Dr.Reddy to take of your advanced eye care needs!

APEX (Dr. Vish Reddy) saw me immediately on a Friday afternoon for a possible emergency (possible retinal detachment) when I couldn't get any other ophthalmologist practice to see me. I called multiple ophthalmologist offices who either didn't answer the phone, didn't return my voice mail messages, or told me they could fit me in sometime in March or April! Completely unconcerned that I might be experiencing a retinal detachment! But when I called Apex, a receptionist (not a robot! not an answering machine!) answered my call on the first ring. When I described the issue, she immediately contacted Dr. Reddy, who agreed to immediately return to the office to see me. (And I was a new patient to him, I'd never been to Apex before.) When I got to the office, not only was Dr. Reddy there but also several supporting staff members, even though normally the office closed at noon. Everyone took my possible emergency seriously and treated me like a VIP. I received a thorough exam, it turned out to not be a retinal detachment, but a different issue, for which Dr. Reddy made a treatment plan. I am so thankful and appreciative, not only for the expertise but the willingness to see me immediately, after business hours, when I wasn't even a patient of this practice. Not only is Dr. Reddy excellent but also all the support staff are excellent and highly professional. I highly recommend Apex to other patients!!

I had a wonderful experience at Apex eye. Dr. Vish Reddy was simply Awesome. He is very thorough and walked me through all procedures and options & explained them very patiently. They gave me same day appointment & Dr. Crystal Truong was very professional & explained all details well. The office staff & the entire team are very efficient and warm.
