Very happy with Dr. Kim. I was disappointed that the lady at check in was quick to charge my credit card not even knowing what my charge would be. The attendant that called me back said oh they overcharged you. We will make sure they correct that. At checkout the lady said well that goes to billing. I'll send them a note to correct that. So, I now have to follow up to make sure the ball doesn't get dropped. Most offices are quick to fix when their own people know the right charge. Billing and medical have a disconnect here.

I love the staff very attentive and welcoming. Tonya my nurse was so nice and personable she made me feel so comfortable. I love that Dr. Bullajian said a prayer before surgery. The only thing I would change is the scheduling it would be nice to know the time of your surgery before the day before procedure. The follow up visits were also scheduled without me knowing when they were. I would still give them a perfect rating and recommend them.

The staff and everyone took great care of me. I felt especially cared for. Not offen i have felt this kind of care. I was kinda surprised by how concerned and special everyone treated me. I felt important. Teared me up. So if you need your eyes checked this is the place to go.. Thank you TVLC for excellence service. 10 stars rating from humble man. Blessing's to you all..

I have had cataract surgery on both of my eyes. Dr. Kirk performed the surgery. From the initial consultation through each surgery the team was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and thorough. My surgery was at the McKinney office. The staff meets with you prior to the surgery and instructs you exactly as to what to do. Everything is written down for you as well as when and how to use the eyes drops. They are phenomenal. I would recommend Dr. Kirk and the TVLC staff to anyone needing a consultation regarding their vision.

Rhea was absolutely wonderful during my dad's eye exam. She was the technician in charge of determining his vision prescription, and she was polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was her Spanish, which made communication so much easier and helped my dad feel comfortable and understood. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. We truly appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. She made the experience smooth and stress-free.

During the past two weeks I have successfully had cataract removal surgeries with Clarion single vision replacement lens implants ( involving both eyes) at TVLC in McKinney. I was blessed to have had the procedures performed by Dr. Jason Bullajian who is not only knowledgeable, experienced, and endowed with capable, deft hands but who is also very caring and patient-sensitive. Follow-up checkups and processes handled by his staff and associate physicians were also done with great skill and professionalism. I interacted with Drs. Barnett, Wildridge, and Kim for specific steps in the pre- or post-surgery experience and found them all to have both the expertise and patient-friendly demeanors that instill confidence and comfort. The front desk staff, nurses, technicians, and other staff in the clinical areas and surgery center were all pleasant and efficient in performing their various roles. The TVLC staff impressed this patient as being a cohesive team with each member being an integral link in a strong, purposeful chain. My husband and I greatly appreciated Dr.Bullajian praying for God's presence in the process prior to each surgery. This is an act of faith that I had also witnessed when he operated on my late mother sixteen years ago. I also appreciate that there is a coordination of care with my optometrist of preference, Dr.Jonathan Sher, who will be taking care of any needed near vision correction. I am greatly pleased that I am no longer near-sighted. I have been myopic for 70 plus years, so it is wonderful to have distance vision without contact lenses or glasses. I'm a regular patient 2x/yr with Dr. Wildridge at the McKinney office and always have a positive experience with him and his staff. Today I had a need for an ad hoc visit and Robin was able to fit me in at the Frisco office with Dr. Kirk who successfully removed the speck in my eye. He and his staff treated me very well. I highly recommend TVLC!

I first want to thank Lauren, Dr. Kim's assistant, for the excellent care she provided. Lauren was very detailed and knowledgeable, taking her time to examine me thoroughly and meticulously.
