I actually loved my experience in office. The doctor and staff were so kind. I would have gladly gone back. It's sad that the reason I'm giving this place such a poor rating is because of their billing department. They have billed my insurance for hundreds of dollars worth for a basic eye exam. My insurance paid $400 to them. I also paid an additional $634 out of pocket for my portion of contacts, retina imaging (which I knew was added cost) and glasses. They then are charging me more money because insurance denied the rest (and stated it was not billed correctly and they over billed an excessive amount). I called their billing department and left a voicemail (no call back to date). I chatted with their online help and it took a week for them to get back with me and that is seeming to prove useless as well. Charging that much for routine eye exam is absolutely unnecessary and I've never had to pay this much for standard care that otherwise would have been covered (had they billed correctly and standard amounts). Be careful.
