I've been in three times with eye emergencies, and every time they've gotten me in quickly. The staff is genuinely friendly, they answer all my questions without rushing, and the whole experience feels easy. They clearly care about taking care of their patients. I'd definitely come back, and highly recommend

Dr. Patel truly cares about her patients--she listens attentively, combines her expertise with what her patients are experiencing, and makes thoughtful, informed decisions. I deeply appreciate her help and her willingness to squeeze me into her schedule, especially when I've needed her expertise urgently. Her dedication and compassion truly make a difference

Elsa is so kind, patient, and answered all the questions I've asked. Mima was kind as well, both are in the front and are great. Dr. Neha Patael checked very well the vision and explained everything I needed to know.

The wait was minimal. Staff and medical personnel were personable and friendly. They got we in a room quickly and began the evaluation. Dr. Patel was very cordial and professional and helped me get into some contacts after many years of wearing glasses.

I was a new patience after not checking my vision in over 2 years (been wearing glasses over 30 years). The office had excellent service. Insurance/patient breakdown was easy to read and concise. The doctor knew her stuff and was very thorough. Will be scheduling the rest of the family for their routine checkups.

For the past 10 years- i have been flipping from one eye Doctor to another as I had a hard time being forced into their recommended vision test and most eye Doctors dont listen to what is comfortable to me but on their findings. Been with Dr. Patel on my third year and she never fail to amaze and impress me! She has the best bedside Manner by far as an eye Doctor and takes her time explaining her profound knowledge and expertise. She listens to her Patients and does not force them into something that they are not comfortable with. I have never encountered an Eye Doctor who is genuinely patient-centered. Even if she recommends this- but as her Patient was not comftable with my new reading- she gave me options and preferences on what works for me as her Patient. I am truly grateful I found her in google as she is the best by far and I am hoping I will be her regular patient in the next 20-40 years. She has an amazing Staff as well. Please go to this Eye Doctor- you will not regret! A rare one to find around- GOAT eye MD!

I recently visited this office based on many positive recommendations and was blown away by the professionalism, high-quality care, and diverse selection of unique eyeglass frames. During my visit, the staff took the time to complete additional testing which is usually done at my ophthalmologist office. The testing equipment was much better quality (comfortable and easy to use) and Dr. Neha Patel is very knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain every important detail of conditions such as glaucoma and cataracts. This office provides attentive, in depth exams for both routine vision and medical eye care. I highly recommend consulting this office for all eye-related concerns! The optical staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. They explained the best options for my insurance and frame selection and showed me additional stock they keep in the back that matched the styles I wanted. The office is gorgeous and the entire experience felt like a luxury. ReEnvision Eyecare is the optometrist and eyeglass store in the North Texas Frisco area!
