Custom Eyes Optique & Eyecare

We had an exceptional experience at Custom Eyes Optique & Eyecare! I brought an 80+ year old family member in for an eye exam and it was better than I could have anticipated. Dr. Kim, the receptionist, and the lady helping us pick out glasses were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Kim was able to make accommodations for my elderly family member in a wheelchair that was unable to transfer to the exam seat. She was patient and worked diligently to find the right prescription for him. The receptionist was knowledgeable and helped us understand what his insurance would cover. The lady that helped him pick out glasses, chose four great options that would meet his needs and helped him decide what would be the best glasses for him. She was friendly and joked with him. He had a great time with everyone we interacted with while receiving excellent care. I highly recommend Custom Eyes Optique & Eyecare!

Custom Eyes is amazing for the following reasons. Dr. Lee is efficient and super fast. She is confident with her vast experience. The facility is super clean and easy to get in and out of. We were able to get an exam, glasses and contacts eval super quick. If you are looking for swift & efficient service this is your place.

I live in California and had a visit to see friends in Dallas. I used to see Dr. Kim when I lived in Dallas many years ago. As I hit 50, my near vision has not been adequately addressed by my optometrist and I did not want to wear readers at work. I knew that Dr. Kim would understand what I was looking for and optimize my vision. She adjusted my prescription so that I will be able to see my computer without reading glasses for another year or 2. At that point, I will transition into the proper contacts/glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't need glasses this time but will have great choices when I do.

Custom Eyes' staff have always provided a great patient experience. Dr Kim is very thorough and professional, and takes her time to answer all my questions.

Dr Kim has always been the best! I drive an hour to see her. I've tried closer eye drs but they didn't compare to her!! The office staff is always so friendly and eager to help. I'll keep driving the hour!!

We've been coming here for few yrs now and Dr.Kim is amazing! She is super friendly and easy to talk to. She gets down to business and talks you through the eye exam by informing you what she is doing. I'm the kind of person to want to know all the details and info so I truly appreciate what she does. Her staff/front desk is always super friendly and straight forward. They gave me all the information I was going to ask about before I even ask. Love it!
