I honestly cannot say enough great things about Elevate Eye Care. After being a longtime patient at Key Whitman Eye Center in Dallas and feeling increasingly undervalued over time, transitioning to a new practice wasn't something I took lightly. From the moment I walked into Elevate Eye Care, every concern I had disappeared almost instantly. The entire experience was refreshing, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. Nguyen is absolutely phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to truly listen. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment -- she explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident and cared for. What makes this even more meaningful to me is that Dr. Nguyen has already been caring for my daughter for the past few years, and we've consistently had nothing but great experiences. Seeing that same level of attention, patience, and expertise extended to both pediatric and adult care really speaks volumes. As a family, we genuinely think she's amazing. The entire staff deserves just as much praise. Every interaction -- from check-in to check-out -- was friendly, organized, and efficient. The team works seamlessly together and makes you feel comfortable and valued the entire time you're there. If you're looking for an eye care practice that combines expertise, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, this is it. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is technically brilliant, and has endless patience. I flew across the country for my last checkup - she is that good. Her staff is also very friendly and great at helping pick out glasses.

Dr. Nguyen and the entire team at Elevate Eyecare are amazing! From the ease of scheduling my appointment to getting all my insurance questions answered, everything was seamless. They treated my little one and me with such kindness and respect throughout the visit. Dr. Nguyen explained everything thoroughly and made us feel completely comfortable. I had a very good visit at Elevate Eyecare. The staff was welcoming and professional. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable, taking the time to explain everything in detail. I especially appreciated that they had a machine to take a photo of my eyes, which meant I didn't have to go through the discomfort of eye dilation. It made the entire process much more comfortable and efficient. Their selection of glasses was impressive, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from, and they explained my insurance coverage so I bought I beautiful pair of Gucci glasses. Overall, I'm very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a top-notch eye doctor.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Nguyen and her wonderful staff. My 6 yr old daughter was so nervous for her first eye exam, but they were all so patient, kind, and amazing with her. They had her smiling from start to finish! I truly appreciated Dr. Nguyen's thoroughness and the time she took to address all my concerns. We had such a positive experience and will definitely be returning for the rest of the family.
