I saw Dr. Farooq today and she was 15/10. She really spent the time with me and EXPLAINED the why behind each thing. She was patient but efficient. She was compassionate & kind. I'm so grateful I finally found an eye doctor I trust!
I wanted to take the time to write this review because Jenny, who helped me select my glasses, was exceptionally talented at what she does. Beyond that, she was friendly, professional, and very efficient at the whole process. I have had a very difficult time finding any frames I like, and it feels like a big decision when you're spending a lot of money on progressive lenses. She made the process feel so easy and actually enjoyable. I walked out of there, probably in about 15-20 minutes total, with an order for glasses I am excited about. Thank you Jenny!
Love this staff here! The atmosphere was amazing and the team were very knowledgeable and helpful!. Ms Brandy and Ms.Cassandra and Ms.Jennifer were amazing people and made the process smooth, great ad understandable.Thank you so much!
The best clinic! They always treat me like a rock star. Dr Wagner is always very encouraging. I got lucky when I found them about 10 years ago.
It's so hard finding a good optometrist but since coming here I've always felt welcomed and appreciated. They truly care about their clients and everyone I have interacted with makes you feel special.
Frisco family eye care has been fantastic since the beginning, and I've had to do a bit more back and forth (due to my own decisions) on my lenses than I intended, and they have been kind and accommodating throughout. Certainly the type of customer service that brings in repeat business.
This has to be one of the most unprofessional places I have ever purchased glasses. I bought 2 pairs of glasses from this place. The 1st one they told me the style my son had was discontinued, so they couldn't honor the warranty, so I bought a new pair. After having the glasses replaced with 2nd pair, they told me they wouldn't honor the warranty, because he had them replaced 2 times already. There was a limit on the # of times they could replace. I wasn't mad when I heard this, just disappointed because I was told it was a year warranty. I was never told there was a limit. So, I ordered a new frame. The lady who helped me told me she would place the order and call me in 5-7 business days. I never heard anything, and after about 9 business days I called, and was told they didn't have an order for me. After numerous issues over a year, I feel there are better places to get glasses. Very disappointed in the customer service as well as lack of transparency with the employees. I feel they want to get the sale, and leave out information.

I'm extremely disappointed with Frisco Family Eye Care, specifically with how they charged over $550 for a pair of glasses -- frames and lenses -- that I later found online for under $50. While I take responsibility for not researching ahead of time, it's still unacceptable for a healthcare provider to mark up essential eyewear to such an obscene degree.
I even called the office after realizing the massive price difference, hoping they could offer some sort of help -- a partial refund, store credit, anything. But they offered no assistance whatsoever, and showed no concern about how unfair the pricing was.
Patients should be able to trust that their care providers are operating in good faith. Unfortunately, in my experience, Frisco Family Eye Care prioritizes profit over people in this area of their business. In my opinion, their pricing practices are unethical and take advantage of patients who don't know better. Now, I must admit, I do believe their care for their patients is wonderful, and for that very reason, our family has been going there for several years. But when it comes to eyewear, I stronly urge others to do their homework before buying anything here. Don't make the same mistake we made. Take the time to do your research before commiting to anything. There are far far better cost-saving options online and from other sources. No one should have to pay this much for eyewear.
