I have keratoconus, and people with my condition often have a hard time finding a doctor who has the patience and time to properly fit these lenses. I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received here. Doctor Clark was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. Today was my first visit, a new patient recently moved to the area. They were listed on the VSP website, my vision insurance carrier.
I felt at home immediately, the atmosphere was very welcoming and laid back. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
They have excellent equipment, capability for advanced retinal imaging quickly. Very important to keep track of any potential problems for people with severe myopia like me.
Dr. Ricker was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She analyzed all the images thoroughly and explained what she was checking and what to watch for.
I was there to also order new glasses. They had a great selection, and exactly what I was looking for.

The doctor here is truly wonderful -- very kind, attentive, and takes the time to listen carefully to patients. I really appreciate the care and professionalism shown during appointments.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff is the complete opposite experience. They are extremely rude, lack basic courtesy, and don't make any effort to explain or relay important information. Their communication feels dismissive, and interactions often come across as unprofessional.
I sincerely hope this changes in the coming year, because the doctor deserves better support staff to match the excellent care provided.
