I was very happy with the service. Ashley the lady at the front was very patient, and extremely professional. I was early for my appointment and she had to deal with a very rude customer who, after hearing the explanation of costs and benefits, decided he didnt want a service AFTER they had already performed it and aggressively pushed to not pay for it. Despite his tone, she still did him a favor and took the charge off even though they had already completed the test, and she handled the situation calmly and gracefully. This is why I love coming here, for the competent staff and knowledgeable doctors.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Choi. She truly care for her patients comfort and listen to my concerns. Didn't really care for my first visit with the doctor I feel like just a number on my first visit. Front desk hardly look at you and the doctor hardly listen and she was suppose to order the contact lenses 10 days later no one call and the order wasn't placed. After I had my visit with Dr. Choi I will always make my appointment with her moving forward.
